The scientific periodical ‘‘JUSTICE’’ (hereinafter referred to as “periodical”), was founded in 2008 by “Legal education and rehabilitation programs’ implementation center” SNCO (formerly the “Law Institute of Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia” SNCO).
Since 2010 the periodical is included by the Higher Education Qualification Committee of the RA Ministry of Education and Science in the list of the periodicals acceptable for publication of the main findings and provisions of the dissertation approved by the Committee.
The Editorial Board of the periodical includes as representatives of the Armenian field of science (candidates of sciences, doctors), as well as foreign representatives of different fields of science, particularly Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, and Republic of Finland.

“Justice” scientific periodical collaborates with the electronic scientific library “Cyberleninka” since March 2019.
Since April 2020 the scientific periodical “Justice” cooperates with the “Artsakh Electronic Library” (www.artsakh lib.am). All issues of the periodical are posted on the mentioned website.
